Australian Blue River Wines has a mellow taste, excellent and stable quality, which is attributed to advanced modern brewing technology, innovation in the inheritance of wine-making skills, and the craftsman's spirit of striving for perfection.

Our vineyards are all over Australia's top wine regions. Every February to March, when the grapes are ripe and certified by winemakers to meet the winemaking standards, our modern machinery and equipment comes into play.

A single grape harvester is equivalent to the work of 200 people, and can harvest 200 tons of grapes in a day. This is not only efficient, but also ensures that the grapes are harvested at the best time, ensuring that the wine tastes pure.

In order to ensure the freshness of the fruit, the picking work is often carried out at night when the temperature is low. The grapes picked will be immediately sent to the winery, and under the action of large-scale wall-breaking machines and other equipment, the branches, leaves and grape stalks are separated, and the grape fruits are separated from grape skins and grape seeds, and the grape stock is obtained.

Next, the filtered stock solution is transported to a fermentation tank for fermentation for about 10 days.

Each fermenter is five stories tall and more than 500 fermenters are scattered throughout Blue River wineries, producing more than 45 million cubic meters of elevated wine a year.

For high-grade wine grapes, such as the precious Old Vine grape, the traditional manual picking method is used, fermentative aging is also carried out in traditional open cement fermentations tanks and oak barrels to ensure the unique flavor and quality of premium wines

Throughout the winemaking process, winemakers will keep sampling, collecting, analyzing all the data and tasting the samples in the laboratory until the brewed wine has the desired flavour.

The finished wine is then bottled in our high-speed bottling line, where each line can fill up to 20,000 bottles an hour.

The crated wine will be well stored in a constant temperature warehouse, waiting to be sent across the ocean to the table of consumers around the world, to participate in and witness a beautiful moment
