BLUE RIVER SHIRAZ CABERNET

This classic blend’s grapes from 3 cool climate wine regions in South Australia. In order to ripen the grapes and rich the flavors, the grapes’ hanging time is longer, the longer growing period made the tannins much softer and elegant. The wine with lifted blackberries, blueberries and cassis balanced by cinnamon, clove and pleasant violet floral aromas, as soon as the wine hits the palate the deep rich velvety tannin shows up and with rich berries and spices flavors. On the finish with silky lingering dark chocolate.
